- Class mechanic: Short Swords land three arcing slashes and an Attack Finisher. The Special is a full-circle spin that can be chained into a Special Finisher after three normal hits.

Upgrading a weapon raises the number in its effect text. Each tier costs gold plus a growing count of the weapon's material, and the Legendary tier exists even though its full cost is not published.
Best use
A top-tier short sword in Early Access tier lists. The infinite-ammo window rewards aggressive gun-and-melee play; chain kills to keep shooting.
